Delivery cost

• Orders over £20: free UK delivery
• Orders under £20: £5.99 flat rate

The basket shows how close you are to free delivery as you shop - a bag of sunflower hearts usually tips it.

Timing

• We dispatch every order within 48 hours of it being placed.
• Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days from dispatch.
• You will get an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the United Kingdom. If any address gives our couriers trouble, we will contact you rather than leave you guessing.

Something not arrived?

If your order has not landed within 14 days of dispatch, email us at hello@britishbirdfeeders.example and we will chase it down. If it is lost, we send a replacement or refund you in full - your choice. Meanwhile, the birds will wait. They are good at that.
